Yes. One button starts the measurement and the digits are large, so no help is needed once the cuff is on.
What kind of batteries does it use?
4 × AA batteries, or you can run it from a USB power source. Batteries and the adapter are not included in the box.
What arm sizes does the cuff fit?
22 to 36 cm around the upper arm, which covers most adults.
Does it show pulse rate?
Yes, pulse appears alongside the systolic and diastolic values on the same screen.
