Warranty Coverage
Each item included in the Mercat Health Kit is protected against manufacturing defects under the following warranty terms:
BP Monitor – 1 Year Warranty
Pulse Oximeter – 1 Months Warranty
Thermometer – 1 Month Warranty
Heating Pad – 1 Months Warranty
Mesh Nebuliser – 1 Year Warranty
Warranty covers only manufacturing defects. It does not cover:
Physical damage
Improper usage or mishandling
Electrical surges or water-related damage
To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team with:
Your Order ID
A clear photo or video showing the issue
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of personal health products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product was damaged or defective upon arrival
You received an incorrect item
Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

Attach photo/video proof of the issue
Include your order number and contact details
Once validated, our team will:
Arrange a reverse pickup
Issue a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference
Important Notes
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return due to hygiene protocols, unless found faulty.
