Sometimes we feel tired, dizzy, or unwell  but we don’t always know what’s wrong. That’s why it’s helpful to understand your basic health numbers like blood pressure, oxygen level, and body temperature.

In this simple guide, you’ll learn what’s considered normal and when you should be careful so you can take action at the right time.

What is Normal Blood Pressure (BP)?

Blood pressure tells us how well your heart is pumping blood through your body.

  • ✅ Normal BP: 120 / 80 mmHg

  • ⚠️ Low BP: Below 90 / 60 mmHg (you may feel weak, dizzy)

  • ⚠️ High BP: Above 140 / 90 mmHg (can lead to heart problems if ignored)

What is Normal Oxygen Level (SpO₂)?

Your oxygen level shows how much oxygen your blood is carrying  very important for breathing and energy.

  • ✅ Normal SpO₂: 95% to 100%

  • ⚠️ Below 94%: Could mean a breathing issue

  • ⚠️ Below 90%: Seek medical help immediately

What is Normal Body Temperature?

Body temperature helps detect fever or infection.

  • ⚠️ Above 100.4°F (38°C) = Moderate fever
